Exchange and Refund

Scope of Application:

  • Applicable to all customers shopping at YPB, including online and in-store purchases.
  • Applicable to all products sold by YPB, except for certain products specified separately.

Conditions for Exchange & Refund

  • Product Exchange:
    • For customers shopping directly at physical stores, products can be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date on the receipt.
    • For customers shopping online on the website, products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
    • The policy only applies when the product has all original tags, price labels, and the original purchase receipt. The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn.
    • YPB reserves the final decision on product exchanges based on the condition of the product.
    • Only products of equal or higher value than the original purchase price are eligible for exchange. If the new product’s price is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the exchanged product’s price is lower, the customer will not receive a refund for the difference.
    • Discounts, vouchers, or coupons applied to the original order cannot be reused for exchanges.
    • If the product to be exchanged was purchased during a promotional period, please exchange it during the promotion period to enjoy the discounted price.
    • Products with discounts of 20% or more, fixed-price products, accessories (hats, bags, belts, etc.), and promotional gifts are not eligible for exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Therefore, please check the product carefully before payment.
    • Each receipt/invoice is eligible for only one exchange.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges.
    • Accessories (hats, socks, belts, etc.) are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
  • Refund:
  • Refund requests are not supported unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the original purchase amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, specifically:

  • Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card
    • Refund Method: Credit/Debit Card
    • Refund Time: Within 30 days.
  • Payment Method: Bank Transfer/ATM/Cash/QR Code
    • Refund Method: Customer’s bank account.
    • Refund Time: Within 30 days.

    To avoid confusion, the refund amount will not include shipping costs, promotional values, discounts, or the value of any vouchers or coupons.

    Product Exchange Process:

  • For customers shopping directly at physical stores:
    • Please bring the product along with the original purchase receipt and all accompanying accessories (if any) to the store where the purchase was made to exchange the product.
    • YPB staff will check the product and the customer’s purchase receipt. If the product meets the exchange conditions, the staff will proceed with the exchange for the customer.
  • For Customers Shopping Online on the Website
  • Step 1: Customers contact YPB through the following channels to notify about the product exchange request:

    Step 2: Provide information about the product to be exchanged, including product code, product name, quantity, and reason for exchange. Then wait for YPB to confirm the information.

    Step 3: Send the product to YPB as per the information below. Clearly state the sender’s phone number and address. The goods need to be wrapped and packaged before sending.

    • Recipient: [YPB to fill in the information]

    • Address: [YPB warehouse address or the address where YPB receives online exchange products from customers]
    • Content: Online Exchange - clearly state the size and product code to be exchanged.

    After receiving the product, YPB will inspect the product according to the exchange policy (this process takes about 2-3 days). YPB will notify the customer of the results via phone or message after the inspection is complete.

    * Note:

    • Shipping costs for product exchanges are paid by the customer.
    • Customers are responsible for the intact condition of the product when sending it to YPB.
    • YPB reserves the right to refuse product exchanges if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
